Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Traderlay to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data collected through WhatsApp, email sign-in, or Google sign-in.

How to request deletion

Email support@traderlay.com from the email address on your Traderlay account.

• Subject line: Data deletion request
• Include the email you use to sign in.
• If you used WhatsApp, include that phone number so we can find the linked records.

We will confirm the request and delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, billing, or dispute reasons.

What we delete

• Your Traderlay account and profile.
• Chat and trade-message records we stored for your account.
• WhatsApp identifiers we stored for your account, if any.
• Brokerage connection keys stored in our vault.

What we cannot delete for you

Stripe, Robinhood, Cursor, Google, and Meta/WhatsApp keep their own records under their policies. Cancel a subscription or disconnect a brokerage in those products if you also want that data removed there.

What you can do in the app

• Update or remove profile details in Dashboard.
• Disconnect Cursor / Robinhood in Settings to stop copy trading.
• Cancel subscriptions from billing or your Stripe receipts.
